The four companies that we use for our applications offer a 15 year warranty. In our experience we have seen lawns with great drainage and light wear have lasted up to 20 years. In most settings with day to day use and elements 8-10 years is a real life expectation.
Total Turf takes a personalized approach and looks at the entire landscape. If drainage is recommended we will let you know and give you a market quote. Repairing the issues prior to our install creates happy clients and less customer service calls on our end. We install the necessities to ensure that you will get the longest life out of your turf.
We offer one complementary touch up in the first year and would recommend our services twice annually. Simple Green, found at your local hardware store, is a great general approach option. Bleach and Harsh chemicals are not recommended as they can discolor the turf.
